Audemars Piguet Dual-Time Ref. 25685BA

$15,000.00

A special Audemars Piguet Jules Audemars Dual Time, sold in Milan in 1990 and preserved in outstanding condition. This reference displays two time zones alongside a power reserve indicator and date, all arranged on a beautifully balanced asymmetric matte white dial. Despite its complexity, the design remains remarkably elegant, with Roman numerals, blued steel hands, and subtle gold accents on the sub-dials and hour markers.

Measuring just 8.5mm thick, it reflects a period when Audemars Piguet was pushing the boundaries of complications. Powered by the Cal. 2129, based on the Jaeger-LeCoultre Cal. 889, it was notably the first dual-time wristwatch to adjust both time zones through a single crown.

Carefully preserved over the years, this example is accompanied by its original box, travel pouch, instruction manual, and guarantee.

Condition & Specifications

The 36mm yellow gold case remains in exceptional, unpolished condition, retaining deep hallmarks and crisp original finishing throughout. The movement has been recently serviced and is fitted with its original strap, while an additional strap with its factory yellow gold pin buckle is also included. A 48-hour inspection period is provided, with returns accepted during that time.
