Lovely and special Audemars Piguet. I’m very happy to offer this gorgeous elongated dress watch by one of my favorite brands. The symmetrical case and vertical hour markers give it a distinctly mid-century modern elegance.
This particular model is powered by the manual-wind Caliber 2003, and it’s running spectacularly. The case and dial remain in excellent original condition. I found this one in an old jewelry store, where it had been sitting unworn on a tray for many, many years.
Case & Bracelet
The solid gold case is in excellent, unpolished condition. It is currently fitted with a generic brown leather strap and a factory AW-AP 18K gold buckle.
Dial & Hands
The lemon dial is in great condition. There is a scratch just above “Audemars”; the rest of the dial shows no imperfections. The hands are in excellent condition, showing slight rose oxidation that matches the hour markers.
Movement
The watch is keeping good time. Service history is unknown. A timegrapher reading is included as a courtesy.
