This Piaget was sold at a Cartier Boutique. The case and movement were made by Piaget, while the dial and deployant clasp are signed Cartier. The vertical lines on the case lend it a sense of elegance and restraint. The absence of hour markers might seem minimalistic to some, but it’s actually more sophisticated — featuring a guilloché pattern that radiates outward from the center in a refined, architectural way.
